Dealer forcing to accept older manufactured car and not refunding 1.5lac booking amount

I am an admirer of jeep compass and after almost a year of research I have finalized to book a red longitude diesel manual from bharat motors bhubaneswar.

While we were getting ready to receive our dream car we found out the car which is getting delivered at the dealer is from a Feb manufactured and we were not comfortable accepting an older manufactured car.

Though the dealer assured us that we will get a new car, when I went to check the car I found out the car is indeed from a Feb manufactured car. And I could find slight wear and tear in the disc brake and glass panel, though the wear and tear were minor which can be fixed, I don't want to accept a 6 month old manufactured car.

I have tried requesting the dealer to get a fresh car or cancel my booking from last 1 week , however my issue is not yet resolved.

Could you please look into this, hope for a quicker resolution for my concern.
