Took OLA ride from 42, 5th Main hosapalya Bus stand, Bangalore to Sattva Casa Irene, Kalena Agrahar, Bangalore.
The Driver took cash and my OLA money wallet also deducted. I want my OLA money back as driver took cash from me.
OLA refused to pay back and driver is not responding. Travel details - CRN 462552585

    Hi,
    I took a ride from Mira road Mumbai to Andheri Tunga Paradise and was charged 150 rs. cash as well as my Ola Money got deducted i.e. of Rs. 149. The share money to be billed was 164 whereas I have paid extra of 150 rs.

    I need my money refunded at any cost as the driver told me that I need to pay by cash whereas I demanded that I do have money in my Ola Account.

    Overcharging by Ola by Payel:

    I commute everday by Ola through share. I pay a flat 50 rupees for every commute to my officce. Today 157 rupees was deducted from my account and Ido not know what to do. If my money does not get refunded, I will approch the consumer forum and stop using ola for the time being, till my excess amount of 107 rupees is refunded.
