Complaint about UBER cabs Irresponsible (Insulting) behaviour while asked for details

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Anand from Chennai. I downloaded and registered UBER app in my smartphone a few days ago and I booked a ride through that app and paid the ride charge on completion of the ride through cash. After some time my Uber account got disabled. When prompted for reason, I got a reply that my account was disabled because i was using the app only for free ride or i have misused it.

As i earlier stated, I have made only one ride through that app and i have made payment immediately on the completion of my ride. When i replied them (Uber) stating the above, they ignored my mail and didn't reply. (I have attached the mail conversation for your reference).

I feel insulated by the way i was treated and told i was using the app only for free ride. So, I kindly request you to look in to this issue so that no one else face this embarrassing situation.
