I had ordered a lee grey jacket on www.snapdeal.com and i got the wrong product, and i raised a refund request against the product they took around 10 days to update me regarding the complaint and yesterday one of the associate called me and said sorry sir we can't entertained you and you complaint is closed i talk to him that i got the wrong product if you people send me the correct product than give me the video footage of the product, and they denied it. And they don't provide the open box delivery how can we check the product and got the product they don't help the customer.
