I had ordered shoes on snapdeal.com and my friend got the delivery on behalf of me it was cod order, i when i opened the shoes it was wrong product and i raised a complaint regarding refund they took around 10 days and mailed me that we are working on this complaint and yesterday one of executive called me and said sorry we are not able to help you because it was opened box delivery you have to check before accept. I told him that my friend received the product because i was on leave that day but they closed my complaint. Please help me out in this problem.
