sir i had ordered a shoes on snapdeal.com and i got the delivery but i got the wrong product when i contact customer care they said it was open box delivery you should check before accepting the product but i told him that the product got my friend because of i am not present at the office and he didn't check the product neither the courier boy told him to check the product. sir my order id is 11077625001
