DEAR SIR I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON SHOPCJ WHERE THEY WERE SHOWING IN TELEVISION PROGRAM BUY 5 BEDSHEET OF SUPER SPUN AND GET 3 SUPER SPUN BEDSHEET FREE.I HAVE PAID RS 3150 INCLUSIVE DELIVERY CHARGES BUT WHEN I RECD , I FOUND THAT THEY SEND ME 5 SUPERSPUN VIVERO BRAND BEDSHEET WHICH IS GOOD IN QUALITY BUT 3 FREE BEDSHEET SENT IS OF SUPER SPUN EASY HOME WHOSE QUALITY IS WORST AND POOR AS COMPARE TO 5 ONE SENT OF SUPER SPUN VIVERO BRAND.I WROTE THEM I NEED 3 FREE OF SUPER SPUN VIVERO BRAND ONLY AND NOT OF SUPER SPUN EASY HOME BUT THEY DENY TO GIVE THE SAME AND EVEN TO REFUND MY MONEY AS THEY ARE NOT SHOWING ANYTHING IN THEIR PROGRAM ON T.V THAT THEY WILL SEND EASY HOME BRAND FOR 3 FREE ONE AND VIVERO OF 5 SET.KINDLY DO NEEDFUL AS THIS IS THE WAY THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.
