Dear sir,


I had placed an online order with bookmyoffer.com for Adidas Eyota M Silver sport shoes size 6. On receipt of the item, I was shocked to notice that the item was of different size and different colour. I immediately made a complaint and requested to arrange replacement of the wrong item or refund the amount. My complaint was registered with ticket number LWJ-ZDD-3YW5.

Despite of my repeated reminders and requests, no action has been taken either to replace the wrong delivered item with correct item or refund the amount. I had even sent my bank details for refund. There has been no response from BKS Store Helpdesk.
On 29 Aug, the company again informed that the replacement is being processed. Even after over one month of the last communication, no action appears to have been taken and there is no reply to my mails.
I request you to kindly direct the company to expedite action and consider imposing unprecedented penalty for causing harassment to the consumers.
