Myntra.com delivered 2 years old and used product leather shoe

Dear sir, I ordered a leather shoe with an MRP of Rs 8999.00 from Myntra (order no. 130578307), which was delivered to me on 14th. The shoe was in horrible condition and 2 years old therefore I put a return request (Return no. 15281261) within hours of receipt same day. The very next morning the same Myntra person who delivered the packet refused to take it back stating that the shoe seems used for months. I didn't even try the shoe. After many mails and various telephonic discussion they are just saying that they make proper quality check before sending and can't take it back. Myntra personal told me that at the time of quality check and dispatch they take pictures of the product. They are not even ready to share that. Even their delivery guy told me that its happening very often with Myntra. Sir, Myntra.com is offloading obsolete old and used products to customers, and we don't have any way for our complaint redressal as they don't have any transparency. I am attaching pictures of the product as it arrived.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
