Internet Services not being Delivered

BSNL Complaint Complaint Date: August 21, 2020
The Fiber internet services has been taken by me from Sasaram BSNL.

1) BSNL has charged Rs5000 and have not given any receipt. the Online BSNL invoice doesn't reflect Rs5000 at all.
2) Internet service is absolutely junk and pathetic. Instead of taking 50MBPS service they are not even giving a speed which can load a webpage.

the Situation has been very bad they are charging every month and not providing the services. I called up thousand times to BSNL Support/ Mr. Umesh(9431002233)/ Mr Deepak(9471476100)/ Mr.Priyedarshi(9415440707) but they never pick the calls, Thus, I am loosing lot of money. My work hampers a lot. and it has mounted the tension.

Kindly help me fixing the issue. I can be reached @ +91 8800147287. Please also let me know if I need to do police complaint against these BSNL guys.

Looking forward to justice to those hundreds who are facing this issue.
