Dear Sir,
Why bsnl office share my personal information to marketing company to enroll into his wasted services.
I am a regular and loyal customer of bsnl broadband; I am having a plan of 650 activated. I am getting monthly bill of approx Rs. 700 to Rs. 1100.

Suddenly this month my bill raises to Rs. 1850/-

When i checked it through bsnl customer care i got to know that this is happened due to hungama services activation for game and entertainment.

I immediately instructed bsnl customer care executive to close this service, this is activated without my concern. The respected customer care executive gave me a toll free number of Hungama service. I called him and instructed him to deactivate the service and refund my charged money.

After that, i went to Patliputra bsnl office and gave a written complain regarding this and I also request him to return the hungama service cost.
He just took my application and forwards it to SD broadband. Letter no: 102 dt. 22-05-2017 for hungama deactivation.
It was very sad that no one in bsnl office says that the amount will refund.
Note: this service cannot be activated without the leak of data from BSNL office, This is not happened to me only there are so many users having same complain.

I request you to please look on this matter and do the needful.
