Hi,
I have purchased 3 pair of footwear in 999 INR on 21/12/2015.
I was not confortable with 2 pair so I requested for reverse pickup first on 21/12/2015. as I got doubt if I need to send all 3 pair of just the two pairs I asked by email as their contact number ( 011-47005870) was not working (I think I tried lot of time but its not working yet when I am writing now). but I got email response very late and I asked to re initiate pickup.Finally pickup was done on 22/01/2016 after lots of followup via email. i sent them pick up receipt also on 28/01/2016 but I have not heard anything from the customer care of SSS.
now they shut down thier website due to maintanence and not responding anything....they cheated me and so many people like me....please get my refund back and ban this online shopping site temporirly.
