Defective Leather Jacket from sreeleathers showroom cannaught place

I bought a leather jacket from sreeleathers showroom that is in cannaught place. With in a week there are ruan on the inner layer of jacket which makes inner layer thin and looks very damaged and I visited their showroom and their executive say this is not our problem, we can't do anything in this matter so I try to lodge complain on their website but i get this response from their site "You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 't do anything in this matter so I think this is the only way I can get real solu' at line 1" I tried more than 5 times but same response i get, so I think this only way I can get real solution to this problem and if I won't than their is no one can get. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible before I go to consumer court.
