I have purchased an Handset@Infocus model:M260 by force from Executives Mr.Srinivas Reddy and Mr.Kareem on 07.01.2016.They have given one year warranty also.Recently it got repaired and i could not get authorized service center.I went to CELL WORLD,Executive Mr.Sinivas reddy took my phone stating that he will get it done by 2 days,but after 20 days he returned the Mobile without any repair and was demanding Rs:2500/- for getting it done.When i checked on google for service centers.This company does not have any service centers in Hyderabad city.That time i noticed one more surprise that bill was manual and does not carry any invoice no,and dated 07.01.2015.Like this if people working under such reputed company.They not only cheating customers and also their company.Even customers will loose trust in them.i request you to please look into it and do the needful thing.

I have purchased a 3.0TR Cassette A/C on 13/08/2014 for which the company provided one year guarantee for AC but as you know an AC is used Near abt 4 months a year were every 6 months the AC was regularly repaired from time of purchase, now within 2 and half years the Compressor of the AC is not working And the company is charging for Compressor as the warrantee ended . I ask the question is the company makes a product which last only till warrantee ends, were I have purchased the AC for Rs93000 which not even worked for 2 and half years and now they are asking to pay 30000 for new compressor.
Sir this company had decieved me by selling second grade product as after spending near 1 lac rupees and the product doesn't work for even 2 and half years it means they are selling second grade product.ple sir I request to direct the company to change my compressor without taking any cost from me.
