I Mr. V.V.Srinivasa Rao , surrendered my land line 040-27135981 and submitted in the month of June . though connection was disconnected, amount of refund not yet given. In fact I have cleared the June month Bill and requested to close the connection with effect from 01.07.2020. Recently I got SMT to pay July month bill also which is ridiculous. When the application was submitted before 01.07.2020 with a request to disconnect, the same is not being done by your department. In fact I have not used the connection which you can verify. In the demand though I have paid June month Bill even that is not taken care. I request the authorities to settle the matter immediately . Any further delay will be taken up legally.WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION THEY REPLIED WITH A DOCKET NUBMER WHICH IS We have registered your grievance with Docket Number :BSNL/HQ/2020/EM-71212.
