Dear Sir,


 My daughter when visited to my home during depawali gifted me a Deer Club (XL) T-shirt, purchased from Readymade Centre, Chandannagar, Distt-Hooghly, W.B -712136 Ph No-033-26837976/033-26854876 on 08.11.2015 vide bill No RC/1516//18760 along  with two others also (Description-2166057-010) for Rs.648/- (with 10% discount).


Unfortunately, the T-shirt does not fit me and accordingly, I went to  the shop, Readymade Centre on 12.11.15 for exchange with another one of L size which was not entertained by the  shop keeper. It was told that as the bar code of the shop was detached it could not  be changed.


In the above circumstances, I want to know whether Bar Code is mandatory to keep for the purchaser. So far my knowledge is conserned it is maintained to keep controll over the sale but not for customer. I, therefore, request you to please look into the matter and if possible advise the shop keeper to exchange the said T-shirt so that I can use my daughter's gift.
