I purchased adidas men teal blue shoes order no -134679830 on 2 september and i have been promised 3 months warranty for my sports shoes . I washed my sports shoes and they discoloured . When i did complaint they said i didnt followed washing methods as said by the company . I think everyone of us is washing shoes with soap and water . When i asked them to solve my complaint they are saying we can not exchange the shoes as you didnt followed washing methods. Such a poor after sales service by the company .
