I have placed an order . I have ordered colours kesari trends alia vol 10. Total amount they told me was INR 8960/-. Which includes shipping too. Then they send me their bank details to transfer the money. Their details are

I have transferred them whole amount i.e. INR 8960 on 26/09/2016. Today I received a courier which is having wrong catalog pcs of value only Rs. 3300 only. N now the person named payal with whom i was talking is neither taking up my call nor replying to my messages. She told me she has been placed in Chhatisgarh and having account in Patna. Actually this confused me so i asked her about this n she told me that her husband got transferred to this location. A d she didn't change the account at Patna. Please help me out. I feel so cheated. Please take strict action against her. Her contact number from which dhe had talked to me is her contact no is 8454869722..
