I had purchased clothes of rs. 3525 from sonu collection,4, kranti kriplani nagar, annpurna road indore (mp) TIN - 23520104488, which includes a dress worth rs. 1625. Because of some reason I wanted to exchange the dress. According to the shop policy they accept exchange within 7days from purchase.. I bought tht on 3rd april and went to the shop on 9th april to exchange it.. Bt they refused to exchange that by saying we dont exchnge such kind of dresses. Itz nt written anywhere on their bill that they dont exchange such kind of dress. Even they had not told us at the tym of purchase.. Infact they misbehaved.. And when we asked them to show their policy about exchange they said we are pressurising them..
