i had bsnl land line teliphone no 2670028 at my meerut residence.On 30.1.17 i gave an application to disconnect it.It was then disconnected and RE0005432865 dated 16.3 17 was issued to refund my rs1866 by meerut telcom distt eng.
after this i tried my level best to get the check of security deposit but failed to get it
