I ordered a new 3 branded premium denim shirt from www.bookmypacket.com but they have sent old,dirty torn shirts.

The request was for 3 Koutons denim shirts at a discounted price of 999/-.But I have been cheated totally.

I request to kindly help get back the money without any additional cost incurred.It's a big mental harassment and a wastage of money for low earning middle class.

On calling the their support no.01244397300,there is no response.
