mera name Vivek aur mobile no. 9451128754 Azamgarh UP ka niwasi hoon 24-07-2019 ko BSNL portal se KGSG ATM se recharge kiya mera balance bhi cutting ho gya aur recharge bhi nahi hua jisaka BSNL se receipt bhi laga raha hoon mera balance mere A/c me fir se kaise wapas hoga aur mai dubara se 29-07-2019 ko recharge kar bhi chuka hoon.ab mera cutting balance (mere A/c No. me hi chahiye).
