BSNL Telephone not working, have given two complaints in the last two months

I have given two complaints in the last two months. The last complaint number is 118563049172 booked on 16.10.2017. When I tried to file a complaint today the taped message said work in progress. I need the line repaired urgently as I have a 95 year old person in the house. Your technician comes in the afternoon at 2.30 looks at the line, goes to his post, calls and asks whether the phone is working and thereafter, it stops working.
I request the complaint be attended urgently failing which I might have to escalate it.
