Hi, BSNL has pathetic service quality. Our Landline no. 0571-2720438 is out of order since past one month and bill is generated for that, even when we are not using it. How fair is that? They are not even bothered to pick our phone and register the complaint. WHAT SHOULD WE DO? We are really fed up of their services. Please provide a solution.

Nancy mega mart Ahmedabad near SP ring road charging for carry bag. As it is illegal instead of that they charge when I argue with them they told it is under our rule and you have to pay for it.
