Taking Bribe in Name of Processing fee

Sushant Upadhyay has taken 15050 rupees extra, for which the PNB housing or Sushant is not able to present bill, We contacted bank to file a bribery case against him, but bank is supposrting bribery in the organization, his sales manager don't have any Bill and bank is saying he used this money for loan purpose but all the charges for loan is either deducted from our loan account or we have paid it, all the stamp duty was paid by us, we want a legal action against the manager for taking this bribe, we have online transaction receipt for the same.
