Good day sir,

This is Rishu Raj, consumer no. 7094100364 from Darbhanga, Bihar. Distributor name- Engineer Gas Service, Benta Road, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga Bihar.

Sir, most humbly I want to inform you that of vendor named - Mahinder, is always creating problem during delivery of gas cylinder from a long period of time, Regarding that we have complain so many times in the agency and also to the costumer care toll free number but nothing happens. Sir this guy demands Rs. 100-200 for the delivery of gas cylinder. And if we argue then he did not bring the cylinder to us.

This time also I have booked a gas cylinder on 27/08/2022 and also complain but still I didn't receive the gas cylinder and when I call to the vendor (Mahinder) he said If you will give Rs100 then only I will give you otherwise you can do whatever you want.

Sir, this is very serious thing happening in darbhanga bihar and so many costumers are taking connection from different agencies in my locality.

So please do the needful as soon as possible.
