Refund of excessive amount paid due to Driver’s pressure & subsequent bad service provided

Dear Sir,
I write this mail with tremendous regret, to appraise you of a stark issue that I had faced recently. On 23.03.2017, I booked a cab from Mumbai Airport (Terminal 1B) to my office at Prabhadevi. On arrival of the cab at the airport to pick me up, the Driver asked me to Pay Rs. 100 to a person, allegedly towards parking fee at the Airport. On asking for a receipt, I was harshly told that "we charge Rs. 130, then we give receipt. For Rs. 100 you cant get a receipt. I was running late for a meeting and had no other choice but to pay this amount, without paying which the Driver said he cant go. Immediately on paying the amount to that person, he gave a certain share of it to the Driver.

Please note that I have been a regular traveler of Ola Cabs and I have never paid the parking fees, since parking fees are already included in the fare.

I had informed the driver that no such fee is paid by the traveler. However, the driver along with the person at the airport collecting the money forced me to pay the amount. I am well aware that these charges are included in the bill & when the trip ended I informed the driver about the same. However, he didn’t pay any heed to what I said and bluntly went away. So, as it turns out, eventually I paid Rs. 100 extra for no fault of mine.

Moreover, due to deduction of the amount payable directly from my ola money account, I could not pay him Rs. 100 less.
Furthermore, during the trip, I had requested him to take some short cuts which he didn’t oblige & never bothered to listen. And in the process took a long route, with traffic jams & signals, thus increasing the Bill.

In view of the facts narrated above, I requested OLA CABS to:
1. Refund me the excess Rs. 100 that I was forced to pay at airport on my ola money account. (The invoice generated after the trip was attached, which clearly showed that Airport parking charges are included therein.)
2. Take some stern action against this driver who is merely fooling your customers & are highly adamant & interested in increasing the bill, rather than the hassle free ride.

However, Ola gave me a reply in such a manner that I am telling a lie. I do not understand what is stopping them from refunding Rs. 100, when they are doing a business of Crores. I replied to their email, but they did not respond. I request to take some action in this regard. It is not a matter of Rs. 100 for me, I couldve let it go, but if these things persists the common man will suffer the most for no fault.

Please look into the matter.
