I have sourced a flat in Sky Shubham, Kithganur project. The purchaser has paid 20% towards agreement. Loan has been sanctioned from SBI. ₹50,000/- honourariom is due from your side. But site manager Mr Avic Paul is making me run around. He is probably expecting some kick back. I am thinking of shifting to SLV project henceforth.
