After viewing your advisement in metro I have inspired and decided to protect.
On 3rd Jun around 4.20 two men came to my house for delivery the gas cylinder..One is Rajkumar and another is Dilip. They provide me the cash memo of Rs, 554.50.I have paid them the Rs.555+20=575. Then they asking for more money..as the price has increased.. I denied paying the extra money without the bill. . Every time they took extra Rs.20.
Then they kicked my door and said if I will not give extra money or return the gas they will see me. His office will make my life miserable.
My husband is working in MNC and my son goes to school. We are alone. I fearThen I called Mr. Ashoke Saha and informed him about all those things. He said they might had sold your cylinder and from 1st Jun price has been increase and he will took the action against them.
I cash memo generated on 29/05/16. On 31/05/16 we have received our door closed. On the same date me and father in law and my maid was in house. I am a house wife. My father- in-law is retired person. It happens every month and every time.
Again Mr. Rajkumar came a new bill and asked for extra money. Then my husband had denied paying extra money. Then he said; “We will confirm that, you will not get any service from our co”... and many more things.....
Today (23/06/16) when I am going to book the gas, came to know that my old booking is still lying with them. I am not able to book. Old booking no is 338075.
Please help me and other like me.
If we can choose our Councillor/ MLA/ MP/ CM/ MP then we have a right to choose our dealer. Please do a survey for this particular Dealer (Radharaman Gas Services) more than 90% customer is not satisfied. We need new dealer. They became richer to richest. They think they are doing favour .... Giving free service.
They are making black money through this process. They are selling our refills to commercial house.
At the time new connection I have to pay extra Rs.7000 for Oven. Otherwise I would not got the connection- they said.

    I have booked a gas with booking number-147091 on 5th of march since then am waiting for the Gas delivery and its been 15 days I have still not received the Gas.Trying to call in the office staff is picking up the call and keeping the receiver on the side and not responding. I am highly irritated with this kind of behaviour which is not acceptable. I want my Gas delivery done as soon as possible. I have not received the Booking confirmation on my message as well. I want this complaint to be taken seriously and please take action and beside deliver the Booked gas.
