Dear Sir /Mam,
I have a complained against to M/s PRC Solutions at Gujarat
I signed with PRC Solutions on 8/8/2020 and the party that contacted me around 1 PM with number 9920062984
They asked me to install a software name “PRC solutions ” and Aadhar card as identity proof, they asked me to click on the application and I did. After that I got a verification call, I answered the call (Number 9920062984) and they were talking too fast, I asked the doubts on wts app number (9920062984) and asked me to say yes to everything in the verification call and in case if any problem arises in the future , he asked to contact him. The verification call came, I said yes to everything. Soon after that, I got my work to email to CAPTCHA WORK for 10days with project ID number is C202008103352.she told that the work start from tomorrow on next day and I got an agreement spam email and she said agreement copy the agreement link and send to me wts app 9920062984.but actually no any agreement on those email. Then I did . They never cleared the doubts they simply send me the mail from shikha Patel advocate associate on 20/8/2020 .



This letter informs you that you have taken online form filling job from PRC solution and you did not complete/unsuccessful so that as per the terms and conditions you need to pay the penalty amount.after that we will process further procedure regarding your binding agreement,
so kindly clear the penalty amount and close the agreement as soon as possible..after send email give me a call by shikha Patel by this no. 9766539821 and she said
If you do not clear the process then we will have to process the legal procedure as below :

The upper section charges are accuse against you regarding the breach of contact and after that we will issued the legal notice to your home address...



I got a mail which was the soft copy of the legal notice from
