Amlan Ghosh of dibrugarh Assam is a distributor of dabur (Urban). He joined mother dairy too along side. That's all fine. But as far I know, a distributor under a single farm, isn't allowed to handle both urban and rural. A week before he signed a contract where he signed the contract of handling the rural area also of dabur. How is it possible for him to handle both?? And that too he has limited staff, about 8-9 who are managing both mother dairy and dabur simultaneously. And now with the same staff under the same farm (the hub that he owns) he is about to handle the rural area also. Vigorously he is trying to get through it but that's not ok. Last monday his goods van was seized by police for overloading. This isn't right, it shouldn't be allowed. How can a single distributor deal with both urban and rural projects of dabur along with another company (mother dairy) which he is handling with less than adequate staff? He bribes every person and also during audit. Look into this matter. If u need any contact number of the distributor I can give you. Another staff is leaving today from his farm. He won't be able to extend service to the rural areas this way. Before durga puja the guwahati branch was skeptical. They explained it isn't allowed. But then later he bribes the local senior (his immediate authority of dabur) and signs the contract.
