My name is Deepak. Today I went to B.S.E.S Rajdhani Power District Center Janakpuri Beside Sub Registrar Office New Delhi-110058. For submit my new connection bill.
So CASHIER asked me for 200 Rupees extra at counter no 1 and 3 .And my demand note had 2 bar codes first 3540 and second 600.
So CASHIER they asked me 200 ras extra FOR Submit my new connection bill.

Why is this a direct bribe?
Action this matter immediately.
