Dear sir I have booked a VRL semi sleeper Volvo bus from Bangalore to Bijapur on 31/06/2017 with pnr no - 10660832 which has got departure time of 8 pm but there was no clue of bus till 8.45 from Anand Rao circle Bangalore.. if asked there was arrogant reply from the employee of VRL travels Bangalore
