Ticket Not Booked but Amount has been deducted from my account

I would like to request you that I was booking a AIR ticket from goibibo site from Ranchi to Mumbai for 08/04/2022 in the name of Nitranjankumar Choudhary at 11:35 from Ranchi AIR ASIA FLIGHT NO. 632. The amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket was not available and it was displaying that TRANSACTION IS FAILED CONTACT GOIBIO. Transaction Date : 04/04/2022.

I have booked another ticket. And I would like to request you please return my amount which has been deducted without getting a ticket or Transaction failed from your end..
Now please return my amount .
