Ticket booking failed but money cut from bank account.and not yet refund

My name is Shukal Kumar. I had book flight from chandigarh to Dubai on 12th Feb. 2023. But website show booking failed, bur money cut from my dubai bank's debit account. I call Customer care they said money will be come in 72 hours or 3,4 days later. But money not refunded in my account. I have all transaction description of bank statement that money went in makemytrip gurgaon office account. Please concern on this and my money refund as soon.
