I have bought a cooler brand symphony ice cube xl from spencers hyderabad. It not even a month now and the cooler isn't working the way its supposed to. I have contacted both spencers customer service and symphony but no response, just receive sms about the complaint number i.e HY-SI-20D16001. Pathetic service by symphony and spencers.
