I have mad below complaint against goibibo. Goibibo has taken money from me but they didn't provided services as per their commitment.

"Your such kind of ignorance towards customer issues will be highly depreciated. At sanjay international hotel I have face lot of issues. Hotel has not provided anything which were included in hotel and shown on your Goibibo. Below issues faced in hotel in hotel room:
No Towel
No Soap
No Room cleaning
No Toilet cleaning
No Clean bed sheet
No Clean cushion
No Clean quilt
No Clean floor
No Service phone in room
No cable connection

I want to how can you list such hotel on Goibibo app. Services give by you was not satisfied.
Fraudulently you have charged me huge amount for this booking by showing false information about hotel on your Goibibo app.

Further I have raised complaint against this hotel but you have closed my complaint without my consent.
Somebody named Rihan's sent me email that he is trying to call me but no call received from your end. I replied his every email for calls but he didn't call me back.
Due your such kind of ignorance and irresponsible behaviour I am going to raise this issue to the competent authority for legal enquiry regarding customer service.
