Regarding refund received from the ailrines for cancelled tickets

Out of the total refunded amount 6848/- from PNRs-VBVMAT & VCJQO2, goibibo only refunded 4972/-, when it was clearly mentioned on the call that there was a flight rescheduling and rest of the amount was paid directly to the airlines, still goibibo has refused to refund the amount
