Regarding not returning the refund.

Hello,
I had booked my ticket in Turkish Airlines via the agent(Prolific Tours and Travels) on 12/03/2020. Due to covid my flight got cancelled. I asked my agent to apply for refund in September 2020. He said yes I've applied for the refund.

Now it has been 6 months and I still haven't received my money. So one day I directly inquired about refund in Turkish Airlines. The representative told me they have already paid full refund to my agent back in October 2020.

My agent kept on denying that he hasn't received any refund until I told him the same. Its 1st April,2021 and as of now I don't have received my money.

I have ticket photo, my bank payment receipt and also call recording with the Turkish Airlines as proofs.

Please do the needful ASAP as I'm an international student and Its hard earned money by my father.
