Hello! I've booked tickets with Goibibo.com. Due to COVID situation airline cancelled the tickets. Tickets charged me for INR 27,351 from which INR 1380 is non-refundable. I'm following up with them from 2 months but they are not even processing my remaining amount. I've received 2 refunds of INR 7770.81 & INR 9682.19. I still have to take INR 8519 from them but they are not responding to emails, calls and tweets. They are just giving system automated reply every time. Please look into this matter. This is our hard-earned money.
