This is in reference to the booking Id No. HTLDVAV5X3M7A28D at Shining Guest House, Kolkata , Plot no 68 , DL Block , sector II , Salt Lake , Kolkata 700091 , it is informed that the hotel has refused to stay the gust and intimated that the booking is not confirmed , We have paid the total amount Rs. 8034/- So, kindly refund the amount as early as possible .
