refund not credited to my account

Flight of Go air got cancelled against booking number AT191353883. I have asked for refund Akbar travels for refund but till now refund is not credited in my account. site shows that refund is credited. i have sent multiple mails but there is no reply. account details are with akbar travels. booking was from Nagpur to Delhi
