Not receiving of refund

I booked a room through OYO by calling to OYO customer care in gurgaon city on 26.06.2020 at price Rs. 621/-. But when I visit to hotel for my booking I found that my booking has been canceled. I called to OYO helpline no. they accept that wrongfully canceled the booking and promised me to refund my whole amount i.e.Rs. 621/-.I also asked them to book room on same rate but I found price of booking room at that time was 1100/-. OYO Promised me to book my room on same rate as previous i.e 621/- and said that I pay once Rs.1100/- and we will refund you difference amount 1100-621=479/- as well as previous booking amount Rs. 621/-. Later I reveived refund of Rs 560/-. Whenever I called to Oyo customer care they did not give me satisfactory answer. Kindly look into matter
