PHYSICALLY DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED complaint against Lenovo mobile online from Paytm

I purchased a Lenovo mobile online from Paytm. It was physically damaged with motherboard. I complaint against it to paytm, but they are not properly responding my complain. They are using me as transmission medium between paytm(company) and service center.
Please solve my problem.
