I have a online banking transaction on date 31/07/2019 by PhonePe. Transactions ID is P1907311459304223546005 and UTR no is 921214591125. But this transaction failed due to banking tacnically. Amount ₹7000 /-debited my account 51062035067 but neither it paid to my dougher and nor refunded me. My Home branch is SBI GOTAN and ifsc code is SBIN0031779.
