Dear Sir,
On 11.10.2018, I have paid the booking amount of Rs. 5000 to TVS Motors for TVS APACHE RTR 200 4V ABS. On 13.10.2018 I visited the showroom to check condition of the bike before delivery. I found some deficiency which I highlighted to them but did not get any proper service from them. They are reluctantly saying that we ordered single bike for you and not able to remove the deficiency.
TVS Motor provides stickers of ABS on mudguard of the bike for adorable appearance and to promote ABS version of the bike.
As the ABS version is not available for test riding and for sale in the showroom. As the bike is not available in showroom and representatives of the showroom are not aware about ABS version of the bike so I watched review videos of the bike. When I inspected the bike I found that ABS light is continuously on which is a warning to the rider that ABS is not working as told in review videos. I requested to the representative of the TVS motors that ABS light is on please check whether It is working or not they replied in a rude way that we don’t know about ABS. I was shocked after getting unwarranted reply from the representative of the TVS upon whom the customers have utmost faith.
I wanted to take delivery of the bike on today Durgashtami (17th oct 2018) but till know I did not get any proper customer service or any assurance from the TVS representative to make arrangement and rectify the deficiencies which I faced.
I request you to please do needful so that customer rights can be protected and the malicious practice adopted by the dealers to pressuring the customers can be stopped.
