OYO Booking Refund Amount

Hi, I Yogesh Singh have booked hotel thorugh OYO on 25 June to 27 June. Due to Unavailibuty of RTPCR Report they changed my hotel to another but i have already paida the payment in advace foe that hotel. I cancelled the booking for that hotel mai left for another where I charged extra.

Please contact or help me to get my refund since no one was picking up my phone.
