Charged money from card but no reciept / confirmation mail recieved for the booking.

I booked a hotel for 3N in Alibag from Agoda.com, they have deducted the amount from my bank account and did not provide me a receipt/booking ticket/confirmation mail. Upon inquiry, it was mentioned that they did not receive the money while I clearly made a payment to the merchant which was redirected to me on their page. I called the hotel and they mentioned that no booking has been made in my name.I want the money refunded.
