Non supply of Gas cylinders but till now it was not delivered to me.

My consumer no is 2116. I have booked my gas सिलिंडर for refill on 27.10.18 but till now it was not delivered to me. When ever I tried over phone no 011_27042000, no one is lifting.
Pl look into the matter and arrange to supply the gas cylinder.
