No refund issued even after 11 days

Booking Complaint Complaint Date: April 22, 2021
I was booking train ticket on IRCTC the transaction failed and the amount also got deducted.They told me it will be refunded within 6-8 days but it has been more than 10 days still refund is not issued. I have complained so many times they don't provide me with any solution.
